When PennDOT inspectors examine your business, they will look to see if your agents’ education certificates are current.
According to your PennDOT contract, you must have PennDOT-approved training every two years.
Take advantage of PAN’s live motor vehicle seminars, MVcourse Advanced, which provides the required training for current motor vehicle agents and their employees; and MVcourse Basic for those agents who have 1 year or less of motor vehicle paper work experience.
